Dr Anita Young - Clinical Research Fellow, University of Stirling

Research interests

Anita is interested in the meaningful inclusion of disadvantaged groups, such as people with learning disabilities, in managing chronic health conditions. She has worked on a number of projects for example; the involvement of people with learning disabilities and severe mental health problems in health care decision-making, and, the feasibility of involving service users and carers in developing research questions regarding cardiac disease.
