Joan Murphy - Clinical Research Fellow, University of Stirling
Research interests I have been lead researcher in the Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) research unit at the University of Stirling since 1989. I am particularly interested in including people with communication impairment in research and exploring people’s experience of chronic illness/disability. I am also interested in examining ways to help people, with and without communication impairment, to make informed decisions about their health care.
